Wood veneer/epoxy construction

Very attractive construction due to light weight, strong as aluminum and maintenance free like a plastic boat. Several 45° layers of fine special wood veneer are embedded into epoxy resin with high tech reinforcement fibers achieving a monolithic structure which guarantee life for a generation.

This method is very suitable for “one-off” construction due to non use of molds moreover it is very suitable for classic replicas where lots of bright varnished wood is required.

VACUUM INFUSION

Composite epoxy construction

This advanced method is being applied when hull is constructed by molds with hi-tech fibers and core structures which substitutes the obsolete “Hand lay up” process Though this method resin is equally distributed anywhere, no more no less than required to avoid any unnecessary weight and improving strength at same time.

Wood Epoxy Strip Planking

In principle it belongs to the cold molding process for more linear hull shape, only small light wood planks (Bead & Cove) are used also in combination with cold molding construction This system is also recommended for large yachts of any length.

Laminated wood

Glued laminated timber, also called glulam
chief

is a type of structural engineered wood product comprising a number of layers of dimensioned lumber bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant structural adhesives."On request we can custom build any shape, size of internal and external structures by using light weight plantation wood."
